To become a corporate customer, you need to be registered at the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
If you are already registered and have received your Norwegian organization number, you may go directly to the «Get started as a corporate customer» application form in step 2 below.

Get started
If your company is not yet registered in Norway, register it at altinn.no, by using the form called "coordinated register notification – form for Norwegian registered foreign business (NUF BR1080)". The company will be registered as a Norwegian branch of a foreign company (NUF).
Note that there is a difference between registering in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities (Enhetsregisteret) and the Register of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret). Unless you have a duty to register with the Register of Business Enterprises it is sufficient to register in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities. Remember to apply for a D-Number (Norwegian personal identification number) for the individuals who do not have a Norwegian National Identity Number and require one due to their role in the company. Read more about it here.
Norwegian branch of a foreign company (NUF)
For the organization type NUF (Norwegian branch of a foreign company), please complete your registration at altinn.no to get your organization number before you apply for a customer relationship.
Private Limited Company (AS)
For the organization type AS (Private Limited Company), you may apply for a customer relationship with us before you have received your new organization number. If you have not yet acquired confirmation of your share capital, we may assist you after you have submitted the form.

Preparations
Before you go ahead with your application, please ensure that you have the following information and documents readily available (note that you need to restart the process if you leave the form inactive for more than 15 minutes):
Limited Liability Company (AS)
- Memorandum of association
- Articles of association
- Certificate of registration from current country of registration
- Certificate of registration of parent company, if any
- Documentation of company ownership
- Proof of origin of funds
- Contact information of contact persons and signatories, including identification documents
- Information regarding Beneficial Owners, including identification documents
- Information regarding the administrator of the online bank, incl. identification documents
Norwegian branch of a foreign company (NUF)
- Memorandum of association for the foreign company of which the NUF is branch
- Articles of association for the foreign company
- Certificate of registration for the foreign company
- Certificate of registration for the Norwegian registered branch
- Power of Attorney for signatory rights (if not stated in the certificate of registration)
- Documentation of company ownership
- Contact information of contact persons and signatories, including identification documents
- Information regarding Beneficial Owners, including identification documents
- Information regarding the administrator of the online bank, incl. identification documents
