Online Banking and Mobile Banking will be closed from May 24th to 26th
From Saturday, May 24th at 5:00 AM to Monday, May 26th at 8:00 AM, our online banking and mobile banking services will be unavailable due to technical maintenance. As several of our services will be offline, our customer service center will also have limited capacity to assist you.
System updates are never convenient. We appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing you back in our mobile and online banking after the weekend.
Check your balance before the weekend and see if you need to transfer money to your checking account.
If you haven't added a payment card to Vipps, go to your profile in Vipps to check which cards and accounts are linked. Vipps will work throughout the weekend if you have added a payment card.
If you are traveling this weekend, make sure to lift the regional block on your card.
What will work as usual?
Any payment files sent from your company's financial system will be received and processed overnight on Monday.
Debit and credit cards will work as usual, both online and in stores.
Vipps will work in stores, online, in apps, and at other points of sale with QR codes or Vipps numbers.
ATMs and deposit machines will function as normal.
BankID will work as usual.
What will not work?
Online banking, mobile banking, and telephone banking will be closed.
You will not be able to pay bills or set up new payments.
You will not be able to transfer money between accounts.
You will not be able to approve e-invoices.
You will not be able to become a customer or apply for financing online.
Instant transfers with Vipps will work, but it may take 1-3 days for the recipient to receive the money in their account.
