Invitation to the fourth quarter 2025 accounts
SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA’s fourth quarter 2025 accounts will be released at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday 12 February.

Sustainability
We will create value and profitability and concurrently consider climate, environment and social conditions. Stopping climate change and contributing to the transition to a more sustainable business community will have a special focus for the SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge group in the future.
Covered bonds
SR-Boligkreditt AS was established in March 2015. It is a wholly owned special bank subsidiary of SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA. Its objective is to purchase mortgages from the owner and to finance these by issuing covered bonds.
Our financial targets
SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge overriding target is to deliver above 14 per cent return on equity (ROE).
At the same time, SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge shall maintain a cost/income ratio below 40 per cent and a common equity Tier 1 capital (CET1) ratio above 17.6 percent.
SpareBank 1 Sør‑Norge’s dividend policy is to distribute a minimum of 50 percent of the annual profit as a cash dividend. The Group has established a share buyback program as a supplement to cash dividends. When determining the size of the annual dividend, consideration shall be given to the Group’s capital needs, including capital adequacy requirements, as well as the Group’s objectives and strategic plans.

SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge’s IR policy
SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge wishes to maintain an open dialogue with shareholders and other stock market participants. SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge comply with the majority of Oslo Børs Code of Practice for IR of 1 March 2021.
Reporting to the market and contact with shareholders, investors and analysts outside general meetings are based on the following principles:
- All price-sensitive information must be provided simultaneously to all market participants. This implies that statements to the stock exchange and press releases will be distributed through Oslo Børs and to external recipients through external channels, as well as published on the Group's home pages.
- All presentations, such as those related to interim results, capital markets days, or seminars, are held in Norwegian. However, in connection with the presentation of interim financial reports, there will be international team calls where the presentation is conducted in English.
- Presentations used in meetings with individual investors shall not be materially different from those previously presented on the Group's home pages. Nor should individual investors be given verbal information that is not shared with the overall market.
- SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge observes a silent period, which is 30 days before the financial report for the period has been made public.
