Chief Executive Officer
Reinertsen (1971) has been the CEO of SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge since its establishment and the merger between SpareBank 1 SR-Bank and SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge. He became CEO of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank in September 2024. He has experience from various management positions and as CFO in the SpareBank 1 SR-Bank Group and has worked for the group since 2001.
Reinertsen holds an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Bergen.

Per Halvorsen
Deputy CEO and Group Executive Vice President People & Integration
Halvorsen (born 1962) has served as Deputy CEO with responsibility for People & Integration since the establishment and the merger between SpareBank 1 SR-Bank and SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge. He came from the position of CEO at SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge. Halvorsen has been Managing Director of SpareBank 1 Telemark since 2006 and led the bank through five mergers and a stock exchange listing (2018). He has many years of experience from management positions at Vesta Liv / Skandia (now Nordea Liv) and Vital Forsikring ASA (now DnB Liv).
Halvorsen holds a degree from BI Norwegian Business School/Norwegian School of Marketing.

Eirik Børve Monsen
CFO
Børve Monsen (1974) was appointed as CFO on March 3, 2025. He comes from the position as Group Director at Lyse Tele. He has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, both nationally and internationally. Børve Monsen was previously part of the management team for Telenor's operations in Asia, and also has 13 years of experience as CFO in Telenor Eiendom, Akva Group, and Lyse.
He is a certified public accountant and holds an MBA from NHH. Additionally, he is an economist from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, and a fixed income analyst and authorized financial analyst from NHH/NFF.

Executive Vice President Retail Market
Antonesen (1975) has been Executive Vice President Retail Market since the establishment and merger between SpareBank 1 SR-Bank and SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge. He previously served as EVP Retail Market at SpareBank 1 SR-Bank. He has more than 20 years of management experience and 15 years of experience from the financial services industry. Antonesen joined us from his position as divisional director in DNB for SME, regionally and nationally, in 2021.
He holds an Executive Master’s in Strategic Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and an Executive Master’s in Technology Management from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTNU)/MIT.

Medhus (1965) has been Executive Vice President Corporate Market since the establishment and merger between SpareBank 1 SR-Bank and SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge. He previously served as EVP Corporate Market at SpareBank 1 SR-Bank, assuming this role in September 2000. Medhus has worked for SpareBank 1 SR-Bank since 1994, and has previous experience from Elcon Finans, Forenede Credit Finans, and Telenor.
Medhus holds a Master of Business and Marketing from Oslo Business School/BI.

Bakke (1976) has been Executive Vice President Corporate and Agriculture since the establishment and merger between SpareBank 1 SR-Bank and SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge. She previously held the position of EVP SMB and Agriculture at SpareBank 1 SR-Bank, starting in September 2021. Bakke has previous experience from a private equity company, HitecVision. She joined SpareBank 1 SR-Bank in 2005 as an adviser for corporate customers. Since then she has held managerial posts in leasing and SME.
Bakke holds a degree from the University of Stavanger/University of the West of Scotland: Business and Economics/MSc International Marketing (1995-2000).

Bø (1968) has been Executive Vice President Risk Management since the establishment and merger between SpareBank 1 SR-Bank and SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge. He previously held the position of EVP Risk Management at SpareBank 1 SR-Bank, assuming this role in January 2006. He has worked for SpareBank 1 SR-Bank since 2001, previous experience includes working at Kværner and Mobil Exploration Norway. Up to 2016, he was also a lecturer in the Department of Industrial Economics, Risk Management and Planning at the University of Stavanger.
Bø holds a Bachelor of Management and has also completed a master’s degree programme in operational auditing and risk management at BI Norwegian Business School.

Skjørestad (1980) has been Executive Vice President Customer Offerings, Marketing, and Innovation since the establishment and merger between SpareBank 1 SR-Bank and SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge. She previously served as EVP Customer Services and Marketing at SpareBank 1 SR-Bank, assuming this role in February 2018. She joined SpareBank 1 SR-Bank in June 2010 as head of marketing in the retail banking market. Since then, she has held positions such as marketing director and director of customer services retail market. Prior to that, she worked for Storebrand within P&C insurance and as head of digital sales at Storebrand Direkte.
