Women in Finance Charter

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge is a founding partner of the Women in Finance Charter initiative.

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge is committed to four principles:

  • A member of the executive committee to have dedicated responsibility for gender balance and inclusion.
  • Set internal targets for gender balance in leadership and senior positions.
  • Publish the status of and progress towards targets on own website.
  • Have an ambition to reflect the achievement of targets in leadership remuneration.

Our goals for gender balance

By the end of 2025, the proportion of women at all management levels and in more demanding specialist positions shall be at least 40 per cent.
