This year’s election will be appointing the following members and deputies to the supervisory board
- 3 members with an election period of 4 years
- 3 deputies with an election period of 4 years
The election meeting wil be held at SpareBank 1 Østlandet's HQ (Strandgata 15, Hamar) on the 25 february at 13.00 CET. Registration from 12.30 CET.
About proxy
Equity certificate holders who wish to exercise their voting rights can either attend the meeting or submit a proxy.
The proxy form can be found on the registration page.
Registration and any proxy must be returned and received by the bank no later than Monday, February 24, 2025, at 1:00 CET.

Provisions regarding the representation of equity certificate holders and elections to the Supervisory Board can be found in the Articles of Association §3-1 and §3-4.
The Supervisory Board is our highest governing body and ensures that the bank operates according to its purpose and in compliance with laws and regulations.
The Supervisory Board consists of 40 members and 40 deputy members.
They represent customers, publicly elected officials, equity certificate holders, and employees.
Of these, 12 members and 12 deputy members are elected by equity certificate holders.
Eligible voters are equity certificate holders registered in the Central Securities Depository at the time of the election meeting.
Each equity certificate entitles the holder to one vote.
Equity certificate holders who wish to exercise their voting rights can either attend the meeting or submit a proxy.
No remuneration is paid for participation in the election meeting.
