This year’s election will be appointing the following members and deputies to the supervisory board
- 3 members with an election period of 4 years
- 3 deputies with an election period of 4 years
The election meeting wil be held at SpareBank 1 Østlandet's HQ (Strandgata 15, Hamar) on the 21 february at 13.00 CET. Registration from 12.30 CET.
Information and registration
The provisions on representation of equity capital certificate holders and election to the supervisory board are defined in the Articles of Association §3-1 and §3-4.
An individual notice is sent to the equity capital certificate holders. See the Nomination committee’s recommendation here.
Equity capital certificate holders registered with VPS at the time of the election meeting are eligible to vote. Each equity capital certificate provides one vote.
Registration form
Equity capital certificate holders wishing to participate in the meeting and who are entitled to vote in the election, are requested to submit the registration form by email to valg@sb1ostlandet.no.
Equity capital certificate holders wishing to send a proxy to the meeting are requested submit the proxy form. The registration and proxy form must be returned and received by the Bank by Monday 19 February 2024 at 13.00.
