If you are over 18 years old, please follow the steps below to apply to become a customer with us.
You need a Norwegian national identity number or a D-number from Skatteetaten to apply.
If you have a D-number and have applied for a national identity number, you must wait until this is issued before applying. When you become a customer, you will get a current account, a debit card, and access to online banking without BankID.
Processing time is currently 4–6 weeks.
There is a fee of NOK 650 to become a customer. The fee will be charged to your account once everything has been set up.
How to apply
1. Fill in the application form
As a bank, we need to know our customers and make sure our services are used as intended. We therefore need some information about who you are and how you plan to use the bank. Fill in the application form on this page to apply.
2. Wait for an email from the bank
We will review your application, and within two weeks you will receive an email from us. The email will tell you when you can visit our office for identification, or if we need more information from you.
Please note: You cannot visit our office before you have received this email.
3. Identification
Wait for an invitation from the bank. If you do not speak Norwegian or English, you must bring an interpreter when you visit the bank.

Once your application has been processed, we will send the agreement documents to your registered address by post. Please make sure your address is up to date in Folkeregisteret, and that your name is clearly marked on your mailbox. Please note that the documents are in Norwegian. You are responsible for understanding the content.
